WE ARE seeking another Licensed Massage THERAPIST or Acupuncturist to join our
group of compassionate and skilled body workers.
The ideal candidate is:
passionate about helping patients and accurately assessing their needs
able to address a variety of conditions with a particular emphasis on musculoskeletal pain and injury recovery (skills in gua sha, cupping, and tuina a plus for acupuncturists)
Interest in myofascial release and deep tissue with leanings towards medium to deep pressure
able to work cooperatively with other providers to ensure the clinic environment remains well cared for, running smoothly, and feeling fresh.
motivated to do outreach & education in order to help ensure the continual growth and expansion of our patient base
comfortable with EHR/ medical charting & willingness to learn our system
acupuncturist: willingness to learn/decipher acupuncture benefits in order to clearly communicate treatment goals to patients that align with their coverage
willingness to credential with several insurance plans (already credentialed a plus)

Pay:
massage therapist: $51-$81/hr for first 15 months, payments depend on insurance negotiated rates. (60% take home rate)
acupuncturist: $65-$85/hr for first 15 months, payments depend on insurance negotiated rates and services performed
CBR takes care of insurance billing

independent contractor position
pay scale: 15 months: 60%, 2nd year: 66% (3 shift minimum), 3rd year: 72% (3 shift minimum)
Schedule:
currently have availability 7 days a week (ideally a minimum of 3 days preferred one of those being either Saturday or Sunday with the opportunity to open up more days as your practice with us grows
Requirements:
Current and in Good Standing Oregon Acupuncture License & NCCAOM certification
Current Liability/Malpractice Insurance
